Team Profiles

Tokunbo Ifaturoti is an international development consultant leveraging on her extensive legal experience as a solicitor in England and Wales. After graduating from University of London with a Masters in Law she worked for a few years at Amazon.co.uk. She has a huge passion for empowering children, youth and women using various communication tools via life skills workshops. Tokunbo wrote, develop and produce the script for her TV Programme “Time Out with Auntie Toks!”. This enabled her to work with children, youth and families and create a fun filled platform to celebrate the diversity of culture and people.  She also performed in the highly acclaimed theatre production “On London Fields” a community opera performed at the Hackney Empire in London. Tokunbo has been nominated and won numerous awards for her contribution to international development community work.


Segun Ifaturoti is the director of LH Resources Limited. A graduate of Engineering, he worked in the Information Technology field as a consultant for blue chip telecommunication companies for a few years. During this period he was based in Germany, Amsterdam, Belgium and the United Kingdom and was exposed to the vast cultural diversity in these countries. His exposure has helped broaden his desire to see children from various backgrounds come together in harmony.

Our pilot programme director, Gboyega Adelaja is a highly experienced, knowledgeable, skilful and enthusiastic individual with many years of excellent service in the multi-media industry. He has worked in television for years and has been involved in the production of a variety of programmes. These have included TV commercials and documentaries. Using his up to date skills in research, cameras, directing, graphics design and non linear editing, he has provided invaluable leadership to our organisation.

Our editor and programme director, Olukoya O-Olusanya is a filmmaker, whose aspiration is and has always been to deliver very good quality service while making the most out of whatever is available on every production set, tirelessly! He directed and edited all the episodes of Time Out with Auntie Toks and contributed extensively, mainly to the dynamics of our production by capturing all the creativity we had to offer and more, in the studio at our workshops and on location.

Our Illustrator Theo Ighodaro makes our stories come alive! He is highly skilled and creative and his lively artistic drawings can be seen on our website and in our cultural books soon to be published. His drawings will also be used in our cartoon series soon to be launched.
